We are a group of Outdoor enthusiasts, who discovered the many treasures of outdoor learning early in life. The experiences shattered many myths and by harnessing the magic of nature, each one of us outperformed our own expectations. It was in the time spent climbing mountains and braving the storms we realised that we are always more than we think! So we created the Outdoor Leadership School to enable others realise their own full potential. Through Outdoors! We have observed that in India despite mushrooming of numerous adventure training providers in recent years, here is huge deficit of ‘content’ based outdoors. We are here to fill the gap.
While our founders are multi Guinness World Record holders in mountaineering and exploration and envision more people seeking extreme adventures, considering India’s current socio-cultural context we do not want to discourage curious onlookers and ‘wannabe’ adventurers from taking the first steps on that journey. So, our programs provide widest range of Outdoor Experiences through varied levels and duration based on customer requirements. There is ‘something’ for ‘everybody’. We are pretty sure that after their first exposure with us, most would like to ‘raise the bar’ of challenge for their next experience.
Irrespective of the type of training, all our outdoor programs aim to:
We strongly believe that outdoor loving people make damn good human beings and great team players. With guided outdoor learning and education they also make great leaders! We are inspired to achieve excellence in what we do, and to provide world class outdoor training to our clients. Despite objective hazards of outdoor training, we keep safety a top consideration. We are guided by values of daring and childlike curiosity. Serious as they appear, we make outdoors fun, laughter and lots of learning!
